Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how AIR STUDIO LLC (“we”, “us”) handles refunds for purchases of RemADE subscriptions and one-time licenses made through remade.dev.

30-day refund window

We offer a full refund on any RemADE subscription or one-time purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email contact@remade.dev from the email address associated with your order. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout. You do not need to provide a reason.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and access to paid features ends. You may purchase a new license at any time.
